Almost there we are so close to Christmas we can taste the pudding and the ham already!! 

 

A must have if you are piper piping is a great set of lungs and today is all about blasting the dust off those two air sacks in your chest and increase your lung capacity so that you can blow the pipes off these pipers!

Take a couple of Big Deep Breaths before we start today! 

The goal of this workout is to finish it as fast as possible!

10 Burpees

150 Mountain Climbers

10 Push ups

400m running
