With the goal to make you leap like a lord today!
2 sets of 12 Depth Jumps to Tuck Jump (Jump from a height of knee height or less, land and jump again this time tuck your legs)
4 sets of Bulgarian Split Squats 10 reps back to back (this means as soon as you do one leg swap to the next leg and so forth until you finish with no rest)
10 through to 1 X Jump Squats followed by 6 walking Lunges after each set of Jump Squats!
*** if you are looking to take it to the next level once you get to one start working your way back up to 10.
