As advent calendars start coming to a close and we start filling up on milk chocolate it is important that we pay our respects to those who produced the milk for our beloved treat! Obviously our maids are now machines that pump that milk out but we need to respect the hard work that these women did. Todays session will be helping you better perform in the milking sheds!

Strongs arms, squatting down, walking with heavy buckets are exactly the skills and traits a good milker needs to have!

Find something heavy bags of potatoes, a couple of paint buckets whatever
Walk with your something heavy as briskly as possible for 20m forwards then 20m backwards
Drop and Smash out 10 Yoga Push ups (a normal Push up into a downward dog)
5 Sets in Total
Finally to finish! With your something heavy
