Trainer Challenge May – Burpees

Trainer Challenge for May 2014 is 2 minutes of heart bounding, breath taking, leg burning, basically whole body obliterating that comes with burpees!

 

The rules are simple hips need to lock out at the base and in the air, hands need to get above your  head on the jump, and you must leave the ground on the jump! 

 

If these standard burpees are to easy for you do a push up at the bottom and a tuck jump in the air! 

 

We have attached a quick video below of Mobile Personal Training Specialist Tim  Morgan completing the 2 minute challenge! 

 

Safe to say he was destroyed by the end!

 

Beat the trainers score and we will do it again!

 

Score to beat is 61
