PYRAMID OF POWER 1 UPPER!
This is a great arm shaping work out that I did with some of my boot campers a couple of weeks ago and they loved it :-)!
This one is all about going for time! Complete as fast as you can! In between each set a 100m run (50 up and back)
Chin ups: inverted row if you aren’t quite up to these is fine.
10 -> 1
Dips: push ups if you cant quite do full body weight dips.
10 -> 1
An example of the sequence is 10 Chin ups, Run, 10 Dips, Run, 9 Chin ups…. All the way through to Chin up, Run, 1 Dip, Run!
