Its time for some awesome leg domination (or gentle leg workout if thats your thing) 

 

This one is all about going for time! Complete as fast as you can!

   

 

Jump Squats

20 -> 2 (20, 18, 16, 14 … 2)

 

 Walking Lunges

12 Steps between each set of squats

 

 

This is a thigh shaking, bum burning session short and sweet but extremely effective!!!

 

 ENJOY THE BURN, Take one step every day!!
