3 minute rounds for 10 rounds in the ring today!
Warm Up!
30 seconds of each exercise twice with out breaks
jogging, high knees, butt kicks, side shuffles, switching feet forward and back, windmills backwards, in and outs(crossing your arms over), shadow boxing, speed ball, star jumps
Work Out
With each combination make you shift position this may be a step to the left or a shuffle back wards then forwards. When the resistance based exercises are in you don’t have to shuffle!
*Please note this work out can be done with a partner on the pads, on a boxing bag or shadow boxing. Don’t make excuses on why you can’t, start finding reasons why you should
Round 1 – Left, Right Combination
Round 2 – Left, Right, 2 X Kicks off the back leg
Round 3 – Left, Right, Duck, Duck
Round 4 – Left, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left
Round 5 – Left, Right Push up
Round 6 – Left, Right X 20, run 20m
Round 7 – Squat Kick
Round 8 – Left, Right, Hook, Upper Cut
Round 9 – Left, Right, Duck, Upper Cut, Upper Cut
Round 10 -High punches Flat Out To Finish
Cool Down
Walking pace; High knees, Butt Kicks, Wind mills, Ins and outs 1 lap of 20m each and then use the remaining time to stretch out your entire body!
