AMRAP Work Out Number 21!

A Real As Many Reps As Possible Session For You Today!   

 

Today we want to get those timers at 20minutes!  

 

Warm Up! 

30 seconds of each exercise twice with out breaks

jogging, high knees, butt kicks, side shuffles, switching feet forward and back, windmills backwards, in and outs(crossing your arms over), shadow boxing, speed ball, star jumps

 

Work Out 

Every round your reps will increase by one for 20minutes!  Make sure your posting your best sore and lets see if anyone can get past round 15! 

if you are just a Beginner looking at rounds 8-10 are still really worthy of a mention!!! 

Exercises! Push up, Jump squat with a tuck, Burpees. 

Round 1 will look like this 1 x Push up, 1 x jump squat with tuck, 1 x burpee.

Round 2 will look like 2 x Push up, 2 x Jump squat with tuck, 2 x burpees

 You want to complete as many rounds as possible for the 20 minutes! 

 

Cool Down

Walking pace; High knees, Butt Kicks, Wind mills, Ins and outs 1 lap of 20m each and then use the remaining time to stretch out your entire body!
