12 days of Xmas – 4UBF Style – A Partridge in a Pear Tree
Merry Christmas everyone! December’s Challenge has to be adequately themed with the festive time of year and we have decided to release an awesome work out every 2nd day of December to keep you on track with your health and fitness goals!
The Challenge if you can complete is to do every workout before Christmas Day!
Mobile Personal Training Specialist Brad Carroll and myself will be designing the work outs! (don’t hurt us on train the trainers day)
However we are starting easy!
Here is my Easy workout
3 X Sub max push ups (as many as you can but not to failure)
3 X 20 Squats
3 X Sub max Inverted row (use a suspension trainer, fence, play equipment any thing you can hang off with your feet still on the ground)
3 X 12 Static Lunges each leg
2 X Max plank
