Thai Style Turkey Burgers

Delicious recipe for Thai Style Turkey Burgers!

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • Turkey mince 500g
  • Lemon grass 1/2 tsp
  • Ground cumin 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh coriander 1/2 cup
  • Chilli 1 tbsp
  • Lime juice 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Coconut flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg 60g  
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients together and mix thoroughly
  2. Roll into 6 even burgers
  3. Heat oil in fry pan and flatten burgers
  4. Cook for approximately 4 minutes a side or until cooked through
