In today’s day and age we are very demanding of each other!

We are expected to work longer hours and more random hours, with an increased work load. We tend to put our hands up and help everyone around us – “yes i can do that” Whilst the little voice in your head is screaming “NOOOOO!!”.

Children are demanding more of their parents because parents have less time for them due to work commitments etc. (enter guilt cycle).

We sleep less, go on less holidays and just end up miserable!

Create more time for recreation, schedule date nights with your partner, go on holidays, work out when you want, eat better and start feeling great!
