If there were two things we love to see it is people making changes to be happier and healthier. Below is an email received from Vicki Ferguson which goes to show the value of exercise in improving health. Visceral fat (the fat around organs) is the really bad fat, the one that puts at risk of health complications such as bowel cancer and heart disease. Abdominal (tummy) fat is a good indicator of what lies underneath, which is why we care so much about waist measurements. The findings from her test at work reveal that her visceral fat levels have dropped a few points towards to healthy range. It is great to see Vicki making the right choices for a healthier future, well done!
I was telling Justin that at my work they have a company come in with a Bio Imepdance machine on a 3 monthly basis.
The first test we had was in May, and it was exactly the same as the one August, but the one in December had an improvement all round. It might be minimal, but with the Visceral Fat Area, there was a HUGE difference!
Considering that I only started with you guys 6 weeks before this test, I have to say that it is definitely paying off.
