Are You Tough Enough To Step up To The Challenge ?
4 u body fitness master trainer Tim Morgan is holding two training sessions per week to get you in shape for these two physically demanding challenges!
These sessions will be held on every Saturday and Sunday morning (not too early so there is no excuse!)
Saturday Morning is 8am at Minihans reserve Monahans rd, Cranbourne
Sunday morning is 10am at Botanic Ridge Boulevard, Botanic ridge
The sessions will include one “tough run”, and one “time to get tougher circuit” both these sessions are designed to best prepare you for the tough bloke challenge and tough mudder, but are also absolutely fantastic ways to shave off excess unwanted body fat, build powerful lean muscle, improve muscular endurance, improve stamina!
