Shorter term weight loss and initial health and fitness goals are incredibly important and an initial motivational drive, but maintaining that active lifestyle is paramount. Exercise is as an imperative aspect of health and fitness, not just an activity. To me, exercise is something that is as habitual as daily grooming! I don’t perceive it as a chore, or a short term ‘fix’, but an integrated part of long term lifestyle. Helping people achieve their results, and in the meantime realise this and live this lifestyle too, is the best and biggest part of this job for me!
