Kelly Alaimo’s 12 weeks with Trev from 4 U

Kelly’s is a busy professional who has just completed her 12 weeks with Trev on our Kick Start program here is her take on what it is like to work with a 4 U Personal Trainer!

I have a very demanding job and never seemed to have time to exercise. I know how to eat healthy but was struggling with the motivation to prepare my meals in advance and generally look after myself.


I have tried Personal Training before within a Gym Memberships but never seemed to stick with it. I needed something more personal. Something that would make me more accountable.


I decided to find a Personal Trainer that would come to me. Force me to get up in the mornings and help give me some much-needed motivation.


4 U Body Fitness was the perfect trainer to do just that. 4 U Body Fitness quickly understood my needs and worked around my busy schedule. We set my dietary and fitness goals from the beginning and 4 U Body Fitness guided me every day to keep me on track and accountable of these goals.


In just 12 short weeks, I have achieved my personal fitness goals as well as being educated in a variety of body weight exercises that you can do anywhere, any time.

4 U Body Fitness is a highly skilled, proficient Personal Trainer. Always on time and organized. He also has great people skills and is able to build trust and rapport effortlessly. All round good guy.


Through 4 U Body Fitness, I have changed the way I think about exercising. I now want to be active on the weekends and through that passion, have inspired other friends and family to also do the same.


I recommend 4 U Body Fitness to anyone, no matter what fitness level you are.
