Kelly Alaimo’s 12 weeks with Trev from 4 U

Kelly’s is a busy professional who has just completed her 12 weeks with Trev on our Kick Start program here is her take on what it is like to work with a 4 U Personal Trainer!

I have a very demanding job and never seemed to have time to exercise. I know how to eat healthy but was struggling with the motivation to prepare my meals in advance and generally look after myself.


I have tried Personal Training before within a Gym Memberships but never seemed to stick with it. I needed something more personal. Something that would make me more accountable.


I decided to find a Personal Trainer that would come to me. Force me to get up in the mornings and help give me some much-needed motivation.


Trevor Battershill from 4 U Body Fitness was the perfect trainer to do just that. Trevor quickly understood my needs and worked around my busy schedule. We set my dietary and fitness goals from the beginning and Trevor guided me every day to keep me on track and accountable of these goals.


In just 12 short weeks, I have achieved my personal fitness goals as well as being educated in a variety of body weight exercises that you can do anywhere, any time.

Trevor is a highly skilled, proficient Personal Trainer. Always on time and organized. He also has great people skills and is able to build trust and rapport effortlessly. All round good guy.


Through Trevor and 4 U Body Fitness, I have changed the way I think about exercising. I now want to be active on the weekends and through that passion, have inspired other friends and family to also do the same.


I recommend Trevor and 4 U Body Fitness to anyone, no matter what fitness level you are.
